The Small Kindnesses That Keep Us Going
Fall's a good time to notice something: the kindnesses that don't make the news are often the ones that matter most.
It's the neighbour who checks in on the folks next door. It's the friend who remembers how you take your coffee. It's the person who holds the door, or listens when you need to talk, or shows up just because.
These small things—they're not small at all. They're the glue that holds a town together. They're what make Cochrane feel like home.
This week, maybe pay attention to one small kindness. Do it. Or notice one someone did for you. Say thanks.
That's all it takes.
